The temple of Sri Rajabhagawathi Sarvasakthi Peetam is not merely a place of worship. It is being established as a spiritual centre that integrates the grace, wisdom, power, meditation, spiritual practice, Vedic tradition, and humanitarian service of Mother Parasakthi.
In Tamil Nadu’s spiritual heritage, the worship of Sakthi is an ancient and profound tradition. The purpose of this sacred place is to connect that tradition with the modern generation and create a meaningful spiritual environment for devotees and sincere spiritual seekers.
The presiding deity of this sacred place will be Sri Rajabhagawathi Amman, consecrated as a divine embodiment carrying the philosophy and grace of Mookambika.
In the Kollur Mookambika tradition, the Divine Mother is worshipped as the unity of wisdom, prosperity, protection, and power. The Kollur tradition beautifully expresses the unity of Mahakali, Mahalakshmi, and Mahasaraswati, along with the philosophy of Siva and Sakthi.
This sacred place is being created so that this exalted philosophy of Sakthi may bless devotees in Tamil Nadu under the divine name “Sri Rajabhagawathi.”
Here, the Divine Mother will be revered as:
One of the most important unique features of this sacred place is:
“Mother Parasakthi will bless devotees in one divine form, embodying the philosophy of the ten Mahavidya Sakthis.”
The Ten Mahavidyas represent the ten great wisdom forms of Parasakthi within the Shakta tradition.
The power of the Divine Mother is not limited to a single form. She is understood as the expression of many divine principles:
“One Sakthi – Grace in many forms.”
Behind the creation of this temple lies the deep spiritual experience and devotion of the Peetham’s founder, Guruji Sivasree Adityaananda (Dr. Ira. Gunachandran).
During a phase of his spiritual journey, Guruji has shared that Sri Rajabhagawathi Amman revealed her divine form, grace, and future mission to him through a dream experienced as a sacred message.
That spiritual experience did not remain merely a personal dream. It became the inspiration for a long-term spiritual mission:
“The Mother’s grace must reach everyone; her power must be carried from one generation to the next; and this place must become a distinguished centre of Sakthi spirituality in Tamil Nadu.”
Today, that vision is taking shape as the temple project of Sri Rajabhagawathi Sarvasakthi Peetam.
This sacred place is planned as an integrated spiritual complex where various divine principles will be represented.
The principal form of Sakthi, embodying the philosophy of Mookambika.
Mahameru will be consecrated as an important spiritual symbol of Sri Vidya worship and the central form of the Sri Chakra philosophy.
Representing the truth that Shiva and Sakthi are inseparable aspects of the One Supreme Reality.
As the divine form of protection, dharma, courage, and grace that safeguards devotees.
As an important form of Ganapati revered in Tantric and Sri Vidya traditions.
As a symbol of dharma, discipline, austerity, and spiritual unity.
As a symbol of wisdom, valour, youth, victory, and Tamil spiritual heritage.
To honour the Vedic wisdom tradition and the spiritual heritage of the lineage of sages.
To highlight the greatness of Tamil Nadu’s Siddhar tradition, yoga, wisdom, medicine, and spiritual practice.
A Yagasala will be established at this sacred place to create an environment for conducting yagnas, homams, and special spiritual events in accordance with Vedic and Agamic traditions.
Homam and yagna are not merely rituals. They are sacred practices that cultivate mental concentration, remembrance of the Divine, selfless offering, and a spiritual connection with nature.
Establishing a Gosala within the temple premises is another important part of this project.
The Gosala will focus on protecting and caring for cows and nurturing the spirit of compassion toward all living beings.
“Temple worship – Spiritual practice – Compassion for all life”
This will be a service that brings all three together.
The vision of Sri Rajabhagawathi Sarvasakthi Peetam is not limited to building a temple alone.
In the future, this sacred place is intended to grow into:
This is the long-term vision of the Peetam.
In today’s world, science and technology are advancing rapidly. At the same time, questions concerning inner peace, mental well-being, spiritual seeking, and the true purpose of life are also increasing.
Therefore, future generations need spiritual spaces that bring together:
The vision of Sri Rajabhagawathi Sarvasakthi Peetam is to create this sacred place not merely as a small effort, but as a spiritual heritage centre that will benefit generations to come.
By the grace of Sri Rajabhagawathi Amman, it is the spiritual dream of the Peetam that, over time, this sacred place will grow into one of Tamil Nadu’s notable centres of Sakthi worship.
This temple is not being created for the glory of any individual.
A stone we place today may become a sanctum tomorrow.
A small contribution we make today may become a permanent foundation for the worship of thousands of devotees tomorrow.
A spiritual seed we plant today may grow into a great banyan tree for future generations.
The creation of this temple is not merely a construction project. It is participation in the sacred service of the Divine Mother.
When this temple is completed, it should not be merely a building.
“A home of the Divine Mother, created through the united devotion of many people.”
Devotees, spiritual well-wishers, people committed to dharma, and all those with faith in the Divine may participate in this noble temple project in whatever way they can.
Contribution is not limited to money.
Every small offering we make in the sacred service of the Divine Mother becomes part of this spiritual journey.
By the grace of Sri Rajabhagawathi Amman, may wisdom increase. May courage grow. May prosperity flourish. May dharma prevail. May the world be blessed with well-being.
Wisdom • Courage • Prosperity
